Independently responsible planning and control of the complex maintenance measures in the field of construction engineering, from pre-planning to quality, budget and timely completion laying down the basic information and requirements, such as resources, materials, logistics, construction and time, as well as establishing tasks, performance directories, tender documents and award documents You set IH orders in SAP R/3 network, calculate and track the costs, check and evaluate yields, carry out and analysate deviations As an interface for maintenance, construction and our service providers, you agree to the framework conditions with internal/external parties, the measures log on to the construction site in due time and retrieve the requirements in time with our framework contract partners and suppliers The collection of all necessary permits and administrative requirements and compliance with environmental protection are also your responsibility The applicable internal and external standards, guidelines and regulations you always have in mind

Your profile:

Technical/university studies in the field of civil engineering (ideally with the focus of constructive engineering) or successfully completed in a comparable field First professional experience in maintenance planning or operational maintenance in the field of construction engineering (particularly bridge construction) and the tendering and awarding of engineering and construction services Good knowledge of HOAI, VOB, the usual software applications of MS-Office and ideally first experience with SAP R/3 network A strong sense of quality, cost and time, as well as analytical thinking and structured work, willingness to continue development Excellent communication skills, safe occurrence and the necessary enforcement strength to master challenging situations
