For all service enquiries concerning the operation and maintenance of fire detection and gas ventilation systems, you are the main contact partner for our customers. You create offers for repairs and repairs and are the link between technicians and customers during maintenance. You prioritize and coordinate the service orders and plan the use of technicians in coordination with the MRP. You carry out safety instructions and risk assessments and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations on site. Your team of electronics and mechanics will guide you professionally.
