Dispatcher / Service Coordinator Operations and Operations Control (m/w/d)

The Service Center Munich ensures decentralized service provision and a permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site in the properties of the Bundeswehr. In addition, the Service Center processes defined task packages within the framework of projects and provides on-site service at the BWI internal IT. In this function in the interior service, the Team Service Dispatching will strengthen you with the processing of tickets and the control of service technicians. In addition, you support IT Hardware logistics in your own small logistics warehouse.

Acceptance, qualitative testing and further processing / disposition of incoming interference messages within the ticket system

Timely and economically efficient disposition of orders as well as compliance and monitoring of service levels and escalation processes

Tool-based control / support of service technicians for order filling

Communication between customers, foreign companies, internal interfaces and technical field service

Order acceptance, testing and clarification of order and delivery orders

Included incoming goods inspection of consumables, spare components, hardware and material

Complete vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification

At least three years of relevant professional experience in the area of dispatch / service coordination

Very good knowledge of ticket systems and MS Office

Knowledge of IT processes and IT affinity

Knowledge of the peculiarities of the customer Bundeswehr of advantage

Individual initiative, organisational skills, good team and communication skills as well as customer and quality orientation Flowing German knowledge in word like writing and driving licence class B
