Implementation and superordinate responsibility for the monthly wage and salary accounting for all employees of the German EMAG locations As a lead in the team, you are responsible for maintaining and developing all accounting processes Contact persons for employees, executives and external bodies (e.g. authorities, social insurance providers, tax advisors, etc.) and interface to other departments (financial, IT) Ensuring compliance with tax and social insurance regulations Maintenance and management of personnel master files in the accounting system including compilation of reports, statistics and evaluations (e.g. personnel costs, personnel planning) Head of HR and IT projects Key User SAP HCM (Admin, PY, TM, PA, OM, ...)

Completed commercial training with corresponding additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting, possibly with first management experience (e.g. Payroll Specialist (m/w/d), Payroll Manager (m/w/d), payroll calculator (m/w/d), payroll accounting (m/w/d) or comparable) Expert on payment accounting, social security and wage tax issues Very good SAP knowledge (HCM, PA, PY, ...), personnel administration, personnel accounting and personnel time management, customizing and reporting Experience in project management Very good English skills in word and writing Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications High level of communication and team capability Responsibility and careful working
