Your tasks:

• You are the first contact person for guests, customers and Business partners – personal and telephone
• You coordinate and manage dates, meetings and Conference rooms
• You take over correspondence and administrative tasks in Office everyday
• They organize the inbox and the mail outlet and provide a structured document management
• You care about data management in internal systems and keep an overview
• They support the team and ensure smooth operation Expiration at reception

Your profile:

• A completed commercial training or comparable qualification, e.g. in the hotel industry; or Office organisation
• First experience in the reception area or customer service is from Advantage, but no need
• An open, professional and service-oriented appearance
• Communication strength – whether on the phone or in personal Contact
• Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Experience with telephone systems or reception software is a plus
• Organizational talent, initiative and a structured Procedure
• Teamability and loadability, even if it gets hectic
