Specialist in receivables management (m/f/d)

Own-responsible processing of undue and titulated receivables along the entire collection process Implementation and monitoring of judicial dunning procedures and the initiation and monitoring of enforcement measures Written and telephone correspondence with debtors:inside, lawyers:inside, courts, courts:inside and other parties to proceedings Examination, assessment and processing of insolvency proceedings, debt settlement plans and other complex issues in debt management Negotiations of payment agreements, analysis of the economic situation of debtors:industry and derivation of appropriate measures for receivables Documentation of all processes in the collection system and ensuring a timely and quality-oriented processing of cases

Completed training as lawyers and notaries:r, a commercial training related to debt management or a comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in receivables and sound knowledge in judicial dunning

Experience in special areas such as enforcement law, insolvency law or processing of titulated claims

Safe handling of MS Office applications as well as a structured and responsible operation

Impressed negotiating skills, enforcement ability and a high self-initiative

Very good knowledge of German and secure written and telephone communication
