Creation of concepts, specifications and test concepts for complex systems and subsystems, including the implementation of requirements analyses.

Acquisition of technical management as part of offering creation as well as control of system integration, carrying out audits, reviews, audits and error analyses throughout the project.

Technical leadership of the technical development team, definition and control of work packages, skeletons and schedules, as well as monitoring progress and cash flow.

Representation of the project internally and externally, carrying out technical presentations on site with the customer, as well as negotiation of technical content with customers, partners and subcontractors.

Planning and coordination of internal and external acceptances and system qualifications, taking into account EMC, environment and functional safety, together with the support of technical risk and claim management.

Development of technical decision-making templates such as make-or-buy analyses, regular reporting of development results in status meetings and cooperation in the strategic product orientation based on current market trends.

Complete technical studies, such as electrical engineering, information technology, communications technology, mechatronics, aerospace technology, systems engineering, computer science or a comparable field of expertise

Long-term professional experience in a system engineering department, in the technical management of major projects, as well as in the handling of military systems and end customers

English knowledge in word and writing, especially in English

High intercultural competence for global cooperation

Global readiness

Experience in system engineering as well as knowledge in high-frequency range (HF range) are desirable
