We're... ... the Caritasverband der Erzdiözese München und Freising e.V., which has developed into the largest welfare association in Upper Bavaria with more than 10,000 employees and covers the entire spectrum of assistance with about 350 facilities. Our central office in the heart of Munich is just minutes from Munich Central Station. With around 500 employees, we support the facilities and services with specialist departments and staff offices. The Financial and Accounting Division (A3) uses various IT specialist systems that support both the social services for our local clients and the central business processes. Ensuring the optimal use of our financial and accounting software, maintaining the interfaces to the relevant upstream and downstream systems and ensuring the communication and cooperation between manufacturers, central departments and operational business units is the exciting field of responsibility of our team. We support our users in the facilities and organizational units in all application-relevant questions and are the contact person for downstream support units. In addition to the second-level support, we plan and perform user training in different formats. We also develop application-oriented processes with our internal stakeholders. You are responsible for... ... the user service SAP FI/CO in our financial and accounting department. Your tasks include: support and support for users in the field of SAP FI (financial accounting) SAP GM (fund management) and SAP FS-CML (Darlehensverwaltung) the preparation of evaluations, e.g. for auditors Analysis, Optimization and Documentation of Processes in Finance Interface work between department and external service providers participation in system tests, rollouts and training the support and further development of SAP-FI functions supporting monthly and annual accounts and reporting cooperation in projects for digitization and process automation
