For our infrastructure and services department at the Helmstedt site, we are looking for a project management for construction projects focusing on building infrastructure by 31 December 2027. You are responsible for the development, design and implementation of projects focusing on building infrastructure, in particular charging infrastructure, energy recovery and building security Create feasibility and cost-effectiveness analyses for your projects and the developed energy and safety concepts The coordination and responsibility of planning, tendering and the realization of projects also falls within your area of responsibility You monitor the time, cost and quality controls while complying with the law and budget requirements of the responsible projects You control interdisciplinary project teams and service providers (specialist planners, executive companies) In addition, the creation of reports, documentation and presentations is one of your tasks In addition, you will take on challenges by setting up temporary special tasks in consultation with the department manager

You have successfully completed your studies preferably as a civil engineer, economic engineer, in utility technology, electrical engineering or a comparable field of expertise You already have several years of experience in project development and project management of existing properties Ideally, you have sound knowledge of technical building equipment (TGA), charging infrastructure, energetic renovation and/or building safety You have a high degree of flexibility, self-sufficiency, enforcing ability and team capability You are an organizational talent and draw your attention through your good communication skills Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are among your strengths You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1)
