Creation, updating and management of technical manuals, service documents and work instructions for Hoffmann according to the requirements of the development operation Regular review and collection of new audit stands for the technical documentation of external manufacturers Internal audit service for Hoffmann and foreign manufacturers: documentation and forwarding of changes and information (service documents, manual revisions, change info, etc.) to the relevant interfaces in operation Creation, updating and management of test reports and resource lists (material lists and operations) in the ERP system and/or on instruction of the development company also in the Hoffmann Propeller database Interface between sales, production, quality management and development operations for the smooth exchange of information and documentation

Complete technical or craft training or professional experience Technical understanding and affinity for technical processes Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-employed, conscientious and reliable operation
