For our Tax & Legal Solutions division, we are looking for you as Consultant Transfer Pricing M&A (w/m/d).

Specialist:in – Your passion is to advise multinational companies in a variety of areas at billing prices, especially in the context of M&A transactions. In addition, you are the first respondent for issues related to settlement prices in terms of deals and M&A. Transaction consulting – Together with your team, you work on tax-due diligence checks (on the buyer's and seller's side) and supports in the area of billing prices in consulting on acquisition and sales structuring. Invoicing pricing advice – You advise international companies and private equity firms in all phases – from pre- and acquisition phase to post-deal phase – in terms of the design of billing price models. In addition, you are an expert on settlement price issues related to financial transactions and deal financing. Collaboration – Teamwork is our first priority. As part of an interdisciplinary and international team, you will gain fascinating insights into other disciplines and countries.

You have successfully completed your studies in economics, business informatics or a comparable degree programme. Ideally, you have already gained prior knowledge from the area of billing prices and could gain (first) professional experience as part of an internship or a permanent job. You have pronounced analytical skills and have a systematic and solution-oriented way of working. In contact with our client, you can use very good German and English skills.
