Sole Accountant (m/f/d)

We are an owner-managed forwarding company that has been operating in the Export West Africa business for over 30 years. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for Account Manager (m/w/d) which takes care of our financial accounting in part-time and acts as a reliable interface for commercial topics.

Responsible handling of current financial accounting Implementation of debitor, creditor and property accounts Conting and accounting of all business incidents Implementation and monitoring of payment transactions Account determination and clarification of open items Preparation and participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Compilation of evaluations and economic analyses Controlling tasks Preparation of monthly personnel billing in cooperation with the external wage billing service provider Care and testing of accounting-relevant personnel master data Contact person for tax and accounting questions

Senior Accountant (m/w/d), Financial Accountant (m/w/d) or comparable qualification At least 10 years of professional experience in financial and accounting Very good and safe DATEV knowledge Knowledge of financial accounting and German tax law Experience in controlling and in business evaluations Preparatory personnel accounting knowledge Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Independent, structured and conscientious working High sense of responsibility and absolute reliability Analytical thinking and a good understanding of commercial relationships Pleasure of an independent activity and to act as a central contact person for commercial topics
