They take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated team and actively support their professional development They are responsible for the production of commercial annual accounts and ensure their completeness and auditability As the first contact person for auditors as well as internal and external stakeholders, you coordinate all topics relating to commercial accounting They control balance sheet planning as well as internal and external reporting and conduct independent projects or subprojects focusing on the HGB environment They monitor and optimize the interface processes between the main and secondary books and ensure smooth running In the SAP S/4HANA environment, you actively shape the continuous development and efficiency increase of balance-sheet-relevant processes They drive forward the standardization and digitization of accounting processes and actively introduce your ideas for process improvement

You have successfully completed economic studies – ideally focusing on accounting or finance In the accounting process according to HGB as well as in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts within a group environment You about well-founded professional experience The safe handling of SAP FI, preferably also in the S/4HANA environment, as well as very good knowledge in MS Excel and the other MS Office programs belong to your working day They have already managed, motivated and targeted teams – their leadership skills are demonstrated both in everyday operations and in change processes They bring detectable experience in the successful management and implementation of specialist projects with Your work is independent, structured and solution-oriented – your sense of responsibility and your own initiative are just as good as a high degree of reliability
