Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Karlsruhe Support and development of the logistics location Karlsruhe / Baden-Württemberg in the area of planning and sales You work in all planning phases in a team of architects, planners, sales engineers and BIM coordinators to achieve the optimal result You create 3D models with Autodesk Revit for model-based quantity determination, plan derivation and visualization & execution planning You co-ordinate the expertly involved planners (m/w/d) and reviewers (m/w/d) in the project You develop the execution and detail planning for our turnkey construction projects You are co-responsible for the timely and complete architectural planning You help with the continuous internal development of planning standards, the logistics product; BIM standards, guides, tools and methods

You have a successfully completed architectural study or a completed architectural teaching with professional experience You bring professional experience in the planning of logistics & industrial construction projects as well as in the construction process You have good IT and CAD skills, especially in Revit You like working in the team and enjoy developing sustainable planning solutions and product developments You have an excellent organizational ability and draw your attention through communication strength You are open to new things and have great interest in actively shaping the future-oriented changes and building the Baden-Württemberg site
