IT Provider Manager / Service- & Suppliermanager Infrastruktur (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the control of the data center service provider of Messe München and are the contact person for all technical questions concerning the data centers of Messe München You conduct the contract/performance certificate management of IT infrastructure services and the implementation of measures to comply with and re-enrich the performance indicators /KPI/SLA of IT providers You are responsible for the planning and compliance of the IT service budget and are responsible in Charge for the continuous improvement and further development of IT infrastructure services in cooperation with IT providers and trade fair-internal process managers and support in the creation of solutions and recommendations as well as the further development of professional design (gross concept) You are responsible for compliance with IT service management requirements, such as incident management, problem management, change management, release management, and monitor compliance with process requirements and ensure the effectiveness of processes for their IT services You work in close coordination with the Security Officer in the introduction and development of security solutions, your area of responsibility is rounded off by the acquisition of special projects with impact on the respective IT service

You have completed your studies in (economic) informatics or completed IT technical training with relevant professional experience You have a multiannual (>3 years) experience in supplier/ provider management with focus data center services You can demonstrate know-how in the Datacenter area, in particular with RZ infrastructure, virtualization and storage solutions, connection and integration of cloud solutions, as well as the expertise and ability to further develop the portfolio to be responsible at technical and process level with the service providers You have several years of experience in the application of ITIL processes, especially in the field of service portfolio management, as well as all service transition and service operation processes, ideally you have an ITIL V3 certification and have a strong overview of the current state and developments in IT infrastructure services You are characterized by high resilience, binding appearance over external providers and internal stakeholders, as well as a pronounced self-motivation for continuous improvement of IT services Are you also bringing knowledge of German and good English in word and writing?
