This makes this job interesting to me: 50Hertz is responsible for the power supply of more than 18 million people and makes a significant contribution to the energy transition. As an electrical engineerin, I provide new maintenance concepts for an unrestricted operational readiness of all primary components, in particular of transformers and converters, in the network area of the West Regional Centre in Saxony-Anhalt and in the northwestern Brandenburg. This includes the region around our central location in Wolmirstedt near Magdeburg, between Perleberg in the north, Wittenberg in the east and Hettstedt in the south. Here, the local conditions are so familiar to me after an extensive incorporation that I can participate meaningfully in various measures at any time. My tasks: planning, control, execution and accounting of projects taking into account cost optimisation and optimal personnel use, the implementation and technical assistance of functional tests; Project-leading responsibility for the maintenance and troubleshooting of the primary components of our main plants, technical assessment of maintenance measures and new construction projects; implementing new maintenance concepts and designing practical and comprehensible training for my team, take over responsibility as a central specialistin and contact person for technical basic issues in the field of primary technology, ensuring compliance with legal, operational and HSE requirements; Cooperation in the team and across areas for the development of efficient and sustainable solutions in planning and organisation.
