Senior Consultant - Health Care / Statutory Health Insurance (m/f/d)

As Senior Consultant in the area of Health Care / GKV (m/w/d), you will help our customers in the GKV to modernise their business processes, IT systems and utility models. Digitization: You advise our customers with a focus on pioneering topics such as the use of AI, the automation of performance processes or the further development of digital ecosystems, ePA and TI. Transformation support: By analyzing business processes as well as GKV specific data, you conduct optimizations and recommendations for action taking into account regulatory requirements. Strategy development: You support the formulation and implementation of IT and specialist strategies in health insurance companies. Bridge construction: From request to implementation - you take over the interface function between specialist and IT. Variety of tasks: You are responsible for sub-projects, guide workshops with customers and support your technical input in the development of digitization and AI use cases in the GKV area.

Completed studies (Bachelor, Master or comparable) or further training to the health insurance company, ideally with a previously completed training to the social security worker Multiannual professional experience in the GKV (or similar, for example KVen, MDen), ideally in one of the following areas: IT, company development, supply management, performance expenditure management or contract management Interest in digital technologies, experiences with topics such as automation, data analysis or artificial intelligence, and sound knowledge of GKV-specific products, processes and IT systems (BITMARCK_21c|ng, oscare®, TKeasy) Outstanding analytical skills, communication strength and team spirit High readiness and German and English very well in word and writing
