The CJD Kindergarten Oetzen is a place where children can grow, learn and discover the world in a family atmosphere. In our manageable village-Kita we accompany children from the second year of life to the horticultural age with heart, speciality and an esteeming coexistence.

For the period of parental leave, we are looking for a dedicated educational specialist who enriches our team with their ideas, personality and joy in working with children.

Your New Task

• Accession and promotion of children in their individual development process
• Planting and implementation of educational offers and projects
• Structure of a stimulating, safe and value-adding Kita everyday
• Observation and documentation
• **Cooperation with parents as part of a trusted educational partnership
• Commitment for festivals, projects and special actions of the institution
• Active cooperation on the further development of our pedagogical work

Your profile

• Completed training as a nationally recognised educator (w/m/d), Socialist (w/m/d) or comparable qualification
• Freude at work with children and interest in their individual development
• knowledge in early childhood education and promotion

• As a social assistant (w/m/d): AVR.DD/CJD EG 5 (2.589 € to 2.711 € gross monthly for parttime employment (31h/week), depending on the professional experience)
