You are responsible for the leadership and development of your team (up to 3 employees). You continue to develop the employer branding in the sense of strategic talent management and implement the employer branding measures. Together with your team, you can experience our employer brand through innovative measures on all relevant channels. You control HR communication and create attractive content for various communication channels ( career page, social media, job advertisements, intranet, etc.), working closely with other teams in the group of companies (marketing, communication, etc.). You are building the monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs to make success measurable and to derive optimization possibilities; keeps you in mind key figures, deadlines, resources and budgets. You analyze our target groups and the competitive environment to ensure targeted response and positioning. In HR projects and interface processes, you bring your expertise.

You have successfully completed your studies with the focus preferably in marketing, communication or a related field. Your knowledge is practice-tested and your experience is proven to be meaningful in the areas of employment branding and personal marketing. As a leader, you understand yourself as a model and as an absolute team player with high creativity and a pronounced “hands-on” mentality. You have the ability to convey information clearly and convincingly both in writing and oral. Your high level of social competence allows you to successfully engage in different interlocutors and promote trusting cooperation. You are versed in the use of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies and have a profound understanding of their application to increase the visibility of our employer brand. Your creative approach to digital means of communication helps to effectively reach and address relevant audiences.
