Technical clerk SHK (m/f/d)

Customer service: You are taking over the telephone service and consulting our new and existing customers (m/w/d). Coordination of missions: You make appointments and communicate closely with our technical field service. Offer management: You first, test and follow offers – from the first request to the conclusion. Material disposition: You take care of material determinations in close coordination with our technicians (m/w/d). Faktura: You set up invoices and edit credits and carefully. You will also support the team at the end of the month with your carefully prepared work. Master data maintenance: You care and manage our customer master files so that all information is up-to-date and correct.

Qualification: Completed commercial or industrial training, ideal in the SHK sector or a comparable technical environment Vocational experience: practice in the distribution sector, e.g. in the sales service, in customer consulting or in customer service, at best in a technological environment Tools: Secure handling of MS Office applications (especially Outlook, Excel and Word) Languages: Very good German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage With these properties you fit well with us: Communication strength: You will enjoy the customer communication and will be able to convey your concerns clearly, friendly and solution-oriented.
