Process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d)

SISTO is a company of the worldwide operating KSB Group and the Luxembourg SNCI and has been specializing in the development and production of membrane valves for over 50 years. With around 200 employees, we develop and produce membrane valves at our site in Echternach/ Luxembourg, which are used in various applications. The main business of SISTO includes the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, SISTO also develops and produces fittings for building technology, industry and the power plant industry.

For our elastomer production, we are looking for a process mechanic for plastic and rubber technology (m/w/d) in full time for the medium-term/perspective succession of the team leader.

Installation of elastomer presses, injection moulding machines and handling systems Repair of machine and plant disruptions in the production process Ensuring production quality and quantity Monitoring and documentation of quality testing and manufacturing processes Sampling for product changes and new introductions Completed design as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology Ideal professional experience High level of quality awareness and technical understanding Teamability, reliability and independent operation Willingness to shift work
