Creation of dimensions for ongoing construction projects VOB-compliant billing of construction services in high, low and road construction Implementation of dimensions in breakable positions based on performance directories Implementation of specialist calculations and mass calculations Creation of billing and inventory plans Takeover and further processing of external survey and inventory documents Creation of location, overview and construction sites Installation of construction schedules (MS Project) Considering different building materials in the planning implementation Close cooperation with construction management, construction teams, engineers and architects

Participation in the construction management team Examination of accounts of the contractors and suppliers Participation in the coordination of contractors in coordination with purchasing, polishing and construction management Participation in construction meetings, working groups and internal votes Support for the acceptance of post-contracting services including protocol management Creation and maintenance of project documentation Coordination with contracting entities Participation in ensuring safety at work at the construction site

Completed training as a design artist As an alternative: technical designer, construction technician or comparable qualification Knowledge of VOB (especially VOB/B and VOB/C) Experience in high, low or road construction Advantage: Professional experience in billing or work preparation Knowledge of channel and line construction Experience in dealing with entrepreneurs
