Building a resilient and international supplier network and maintaining supplier relationships Conducting contract negotiations and completing economic and legal contracts Develop a sustainable strategy for purchasing, including reducing procurement costs and ensuring long-term competitiveness Standardization and digitization of purchasing processes with the help of modern tools Planning, control and compliance of the purchasing budget Leading and developing a powerful purchasing team

Complete studies in the field of business management, economic engineering, logistics or the like Multiannual professional experience in strategic and operational purchasing, ideally with leadership responsibility, in a manufacturing company Secure handling of an ERP system (preferably SAP) and experience with e-procurement solutions Very good English skills Negotiating skills, enforcement ability and excellent communication skills Impressed leadership and analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
