Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual and group therapy, including in the context of home visits Independent implementation of therapy offers as well as joint design of offers with other therapists Use of handcrafted, creative and everyday methods Orientation of therapy to the individual resources, needs and treatment objectives of the patient: Close cooperation in the multi-professional treatment team as part of meetings Date management and professional documentation of treatment procedures Participation in the further development of ergotherapeutic offers and the therapeutic concept

State recognition as an ergotherapist:in/study of ergotherapy High motivation for treating mentally ill people and ideally professional experience in the psychiatric area driving licence class B An empathic, appreciation and professional appearance as well as joy in the design of individual and group offers independent and patient-centered implementation of acquiring and action-oriented ergotherapeutic concepts, as well as flexibility and Responsibility A structured, solution-oriented operation and openness for work in different stationary and outpatient treatment areas Collaborative and team-oriented action, good communication skills
