Your job as Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)

• Implementation of basic care and treatment care according to current standards • Administration of medicines by medical regulation and monitoring the effect • Support for residents in mobilising and promoting existing skills • Careful and comprehensible care documentation • Exchange with relatives and sensitive advice on care issues • Participation in the planning and adaptation of individual care concepts • Observation of the state of health of residents and early recognition of changes • Compliance with hygienic requirements and support in their implementation in day care • Participation in team discussions on the coordination of nursing measures

Your working day as Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)

Everyday life in stationary care lives from direct contact with the residents. They accompany people through their day, support everyday tasks and ensure that medical and nursing measures are implemented reliably.

You work closely with nurses, doctors and other professionals. Decisions are coordinated in the team so that each resident receives the support he needs. Despite clear processes, space remains for individual needs and personal discussions.

During your service you organize your tasks independently. They prioritize care measures, respond to new situations and keep an overview even if several things happen simultaneously. In addition to practical care, the technical assessment of care processes is also part of your everyday life. Together with your colleagues, you reflect on the work at the station and bring your experience into the further development of care.

Your profile
