Head of Logistics and Production (m/f/d)

Head of the entire logistics and production area including warehouse, shipping and transport Continuous optimization of our logistics processes in terms of efficiency, costs and quality Close cooperation with purchasing, production and sales The tasks also include operating activities such as the acceptance and verification of goods by means of accompanying documents, quality control, the storage of the goods in accordance with product characteristics and the booking in the goods management system Disposal of storage and transport equipment including tour planning Active work in the internal goods management system You are therefore responsible for the control and optimization of these processes and make sure that the flow of goods takes place as quickly, efficiently and reliably and without errors as possible.

A completed training or study in the field of logistics, forwarding, warehouse management or a comparable qualification (e.g. specialist for warehouse logistics, logistics master, business manager logistics, economic engineering) Multiannual professional experience in the field of warehouse logistics / transport / shipping, ideally in a leading or coordinating function Experience in leadership of teams – you understand motivating and targeting employees Knowledge of the handling of goods management and warehouse management systems (e.g. mention) Technical understanding and ideally experience in handling industrial trucks Good organizational skills and a high level of responsibility Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Flexibility and loadability, even in times with high goods handling
