Personally, by phone or online: you advise our customers on all questions of social security from A (such as incapacity cases) to Z (like dental replacement). You work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth process. As part of our online customer service, you will also process requests via various electronic communication channels (email, app, etc.). You have completed training or study – ideally in health care (e.g. as a social security specialist, merchant/buyer in health care, medical/specialist) or another comparable qualification (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). Experiences in customer service or advice are desirable, ideally in the field of health or care insurance. Team spirit and willingness to cooperate in a dynamic environment are important to you.
