The core of your activity is the design, adaptation and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central or Performance & Goals) taking into account the company's requirements They support continuous error analysis and troubleshooting In addition, you will take over training and workshops for the end and key users They work closely with other teams and external service providers to achieve seamless integration with existing HR systems

The basis is a completed study of (economic) computer science or comparable training You have already gained experience in implementing and adapting SAP SuccessFactors modules They bring a sound understanding of HR processes and can implement them in SAP SuccessFactors solutions In addition, you can use your distinctive communication skills in both German and English at all levels of the company
