(Senior) Pensions Specialist Germany (ivers) - REF5675V (m/f/d)

Your duties include the following responsibilities: Cooperation in the harmonisation of pension schemes and similar benefits in Germany Contact persons for all pension topics as well as part-time and long-term accounts (hotline, e-mail requests) Grant of information on claims and examination of requests for management Shipment of services to employees and forwarding to billing (ticket system) Creation of individual commitments Control of claim identifiers in SAP and possibly Adoption of Account Statements on WTW Processing of pension compensation requests and pension increases Data reporting or maintenance of interfaces Management of existing tools and systems to bAV and to long-term accounts In addition: Representation in the accounts of certain groups of persons coordinating and maintaining the interface with external consultants, providers and insurance companies advice from HR colleagues to pensions and long-term accounts

Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, HR Management or Comparative Qualification Multiannual experience in occupational pensions Experience with HR systems (especially SAP, SuccessFactors) Very good Excel knowledge (PowerPoint knowledge of advantage) German and English knowledge, other languages of advantage High detail accuracy and analytical thinking Ability to communicate complex facts in a comprehensible way Proactive, solution-oriented working and team skills
