Your tasks

• Education, care and promotion of children: Crib or elementary
• Planning and implementation of group-related offers
• project-related exploration tours, excursions and other leisure activities
• regular exchange with colleagues on the topical vote
• Reflection talks with parents and colleagues on individual promotion of children

We expect

• Training for educators, childhood pedagogues, educators with PIA training or pedagogical skills (m/w/d)
• Fun at independent work in education, education and care
• ability to adapt to children with different cultures and national backgrounds and with different social problems
• Ability to adapt to specific needs
• Reflective power with regard to own attitude and work with children
• Sensitivity for group dynamics and different social behaviour of children
