You are planning construction projects with the focus in the military field as well as in civil federal construction, which we mainly carry out for the Federal Ministry of Defence. Development of construction projects and construction maintenance measures from basic determination to object care Planning of technical installations with the focus on heating, air conditioning, sanitary and/or room air technology for new, re- and extension buildings (e.g. accommodation buildings, port facilities, vehicle halls) Coordination with other project participants and regular participation in construction meetings Creation of performance directories including subsequent examination of the offers Control and verification of services freelance workers in execution up to acceptance Participation in the creation of energy and infrastructure concepts

Complete study of the field of supply technology, technical equipment, mechanical engineering with a focus on building and/or Alternative: state-tested technicians (m/w/d) of the above-mentioned field or Heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology with relevant experience in the planning of TGA plants
