In order to advance digitization, the SAP HR system landscape is further developed and adapted by your expertise In close cooperation with the HR department, you analyze and optimize personnel processes to increase efficiency and implement innovative solutions Customizing and implementing new requirements are your responsibility as well as implementing demanding HR IT projects With system updates, process optimizations and the introduction of SuccessFactors you play a central role The 2nd and 3rd level support is a valuable part of your work and you actively support testing and error analysis

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable training with IT focus Multiannual professional experience in the technical configuration of SAP HCM and comprehensive knowledge in HR processes As an open minded personality you like to go to others and stand out for reliability Very good German knowledge is provided, English knowledge is advantageous
