You are an all-rounder with a strong service orientation You conduct and coordinate employees - especially in the areas of cleaning, security and technology You support technical questions in building operations and work closely with technical areas You ensure trouble-free operation of technical systems in daily business and continuously optimize technical processes and service quality You are a central contact person and representative for our customers, users and external service providers (m/w/d) in the supervised objects

You bring a successfully completed technical training, a degree in engineering or comparable to Your experience in facility management, preferably with a customer portfolio of insurance and banks, will give you a lead You already have professional experience in the management of building services, as well as the coordination and management of employees of different levels of qualification You have a good technical understanding and can understand technical relationships in building operations, as well as act as an interface to specialist areas You will be safe, service-oriented and binding and convince as a contact person to customers, users and service providers (m/w/d)
