Controller (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you act as a central Sparring partner for managing one or more Schöck companies. You create transparency about economic development, derive control-relevant findings and actively promote the continuous development of modern controlling instruments. Your tasks at a glance: Analysis of business development and preparation of control-relevant key figures, analyses and recommendations for action for management Development of controlling processes, reporting structures and control instruments using modern BI, automation and AI solutions Creation and development of dashboards, forecasts and scenario analyses for sound corporate management Identification and implementation of measures to improve sustainable earnings and increase efficiency and transparency Cooperation on strategic and operational projects, for example in the development of new business areas within the Schöck Group

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international, medium-sized and producing environment Very good SAP knowledge (especially CO) and experience with BI, reporting and planning tools; very good Excel knowledge Impressed affinity for digitalization, automation and AI as well as the joy of continuously developing control processes and control instruments Analytical, entrepreneurial thinking personality with high implementation orientation and the need to create added value as an active austerity partner of management Convinced appearance, pronounced communication strength and very good German and good English skills
