Further information: www.finn.com Your role As Lead Operations Planning at FINN, you are responsible for your team and end-to-end vehicle processes. You coordinate internal teams and external partners, make sure that vehicles are provided in time and run efficiently through the processes, take leadership responsibility and continuously develop your team. For example, you are actively contributing to increasing customer satisfaction, optimizing processes and increasing FINN. We are looking for this role once for the Infleeting area where you are responsible for the inflotation of our vehicles and once for the Defleeting area where you are responsible for the outflotation of the vehicles from our stock. In both roles, you are critically contributing to the smooth running of our vehicle processes and thus supporting the operational success and efficiency of the respective team.

Process control: As a lead, you are responsible for the efficient handling of the entire infleeting or Defleeting processes. -> Infleeting: From the delivery of the vehicles by the manufacturers to the delivery to our customers, the process control is with you and your team. -> Defleeting: From vehicle return to the remarketing of the vehicles, process control is yours. The guarantee of a smooth running and timely settlement is of central importance. Partner management: You integrate new partners into our processes and ensure smooth cooperation with our existing partners. You define clear expectations and ensure their compliance. You actively encourage improvements if necessary. Team Leadership: You take leadership responsibility for team members and promote their development. Contribute to the success of your team members by supporting them in their professional and personal development - with individual development plans, coaching and feedback talks. Data Quality: You are responsible for the accurate maintenance of our fleet management system, ensuring the data quality of all process-specific information and ensuring a transparent and efficient data exchange with all internal and external stakeholders involved. Process optimization: You optimise and automate internal processes in cooperation with other teams. You develop innovative approaches that make our processes efficient and scalable.

3-5+ years of professional experience in an operation environment with first leadership experience, ideally in the automotive industry. Complete studies or completed training, for example in Business Administration with a focus on logistics / supply chain or in automotive industry. You have fun in questioning and optimizing processes and working structured, detailed and keep an overview. You have experience in building trusted relationships with partner companies. You are not afraid of conflicts, always keeps a cool head and are solution-oriented. You speak fluently German (C2 level) and have very good English skills (min. C1 level) for daily cooperation in an international environment.
