We are looking for a specialist in Purchasing (m/w/d) to strengthen our team at the Duisburg site.

They carry out orders independently and monitor delivery dates They collect offers, compare these and prepare basis for decision They conduct active price negotiations and develop potential savings You take over communication with national and international suppliers You check order confirmations and clarify deviations They determine purchase-relevant key figures and prepare them in reports based on Excel. They support the maintenance and installation of product and supplier data in the ERP system They actively contribute to the optimization of purchasing processes

They have a completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial merchant or merchant in wholesale and foreign trade You bring first professional experience in purchasing – also from the technical environment You have good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is desirable You control the German and English language fluent in word and writing Friendly and professional appearance on the phone are of course for them They have very good communication skills, are happy to work in the team and are flexible Independent action, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working complete your profile
