Your tasks:

Contact person (m/w/d) für Fahrzeugbau, NFZ-Händler, Speditionen und Werkstätten in den Service Customer Service Acquisition and development of the SAF-HOLLAND service network External services up to 90% Acceptance and processing of complaints and service messages up to technical and commercial decision-making Planning and implementation of workshop training and ensuring the flow of information to the contract workshops and/or daughters or Regional representations acceptance of the interface screw connections in vehicle manufacturers Participation in our customers and contract workshops Support for workshops and service technicians to put problems to customer vehicles

Your profile:

Complete technical training in commercial vehicles or agricultural machinery for commercial vehicles with good commercial understanding (m/w/d) in KFZ/NFZ-, Landtechnik- or Metall-Handwerk Multiannual professional experience in service customer service, quality management, etc. High technical competence and practical experience in the field of NFZ Good English knowledge of word and writing as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience in SAP and Salesforce desirable Personal persuasiveness and enforcement combined with safe occurrence and negotiation skills Flexibility, self-initiative and sense of responsibility High commitment, team capacity and communication strength
