You are planning and coordinating the order implementation of our products and services, focusing on our reputatio CallManager as well as business customer infrastructure services: You are the first contact person for our customers, service providers and specialist departments and act as a central communication interface to ensure a smooth flow of information You will ensure the timely order implementation and accompany the projects until commissioning with the customers: You support the offer calculation and creation You control the orders and are constantly working on quality and process improvements

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk or IT-purchaser) or a comparable qualification due to several years of professional experience Practical experience in commercial material processing in a service company and in customer contact Ideally professional experience in the telecommunications industry and at least reliable German in word and writing Very good German, reliable English knowledge of advantage Technical understanding and very rapid understanding Your organizational ability and initiative complete your profile
