You're expecting Operational Responsibility with Hands-on-Mentality Responsible technical implementation of own and guest events in the Burghof as well as the open-air venues of the STIMMEN Festival – from up and down to the show Technical direction in the field of stage, light and sound in coordination with our Technical Director Possibility to guide projects independently and introduce your handwriting Work with first-class equipment: d&b audio technology, modern LED and profile headlight systems, professional stage and rigging technology Direct cooperation with national and international artists:inside and their technical teams Planning and design in the back office Creation of technical plans, rigging concepts and security documents for events and venues Technical planning and safety-compliant design of playgrounds (indoor and outdoor) according to VStättVO Interface work: Continuous communication with internal departments (programme, marketing, production), external service providers, authorities and trade unions Working to further develop our technical infrastructure and processes Leadership and team work Technical guidance and guidance of the technical team in coordination with the technical manager Care and training of our three trainees – you continue your know-how Coordination and disposition in complex productions and festivals Ensuring all technical safety standards and smooth procedures Diversity instead of routine No event likes the other: jazz concerts, classical, world music, cabaret, theatre, conferences Indoor and Outdoor: From the technically perfectly equipped theatre hall to temporary festival stages Mix of operational work on stage and conceptual planning in the office

That's what you bring Subject Complete master training for event technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in theatres, cultural houses or comparable events Found practice in modern event technology: lighting and sound systems, stage rigging, temporary infrastructure Safe handling of technical planning: CAD software (VectorWorks, AutoCAD or the like), Rigging calculations, security concepts Knowledge of VStättVO and relevant standards and regulations Training (AEVO) of advantage, but not necessarily required Personal Team player with hand-on mentality and leadership skills – you pack yourself and give orientation Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation both surgically and conceptually Impressed communication strength and organizational talent in handling artists:inside, colleagues, service providers and authorities Flexibility in working hours (ends, weekends, festival season) – and joy in this liveliness Load capacity and rest even in hectic production phases Practical Class B driving licence (for outdoor playgrounds and material transport)
