Support of the Head of Global IT in the preparation of analyses, reports and decision templates Preparation and moderation of meetings & workshops and the collection of results Takeover of responsibility in the day-to-day operating business and in the strategic development of the IT organization in coordination with the Head of Global IT Development, coordination and implementation of concepts for organisational change Communication with important IT stakeholders and external partners Coordination of external partners to support IT transformation and organisational development

University degree in computer science or equivalent academic background, alternatively multi-year comparable professional experience, preferably in a consulting environment e.g. as Change Manager, Project Manager, Strategic Advisor, IT Consultant knowledge of the automotive industry Trusted with work in international organisations and with distributed management teams General cross-thematic IT confession in infrastructure, applications and IT Very good German and English in word and writing readiness for international travel and strong intercultural adaptability
