Machine and Plant Operator - Production / Industry (m/f/d)

You control and monitor our production facilities in the areas of furnace, line, packaging and silo. As a guarantee for product quality, you carry out process and quality controls and ensure a smooth process. Due to regular maintenance and cleaning work, you will ensure the full operational readiness and durability of our machines. In close coordination with your team, you document relevant production data, identify deviations and contribute to problem solving. You support the performance of product tests and help us to continuously improve our production processes.

You have completed technical or craft training You have ideally experience in operating production machines You have technical understanding, logical thinking and problem solving skills You are team-ready, flexible and ready to work in 4-shift operation, including weekend and holiday work You have good German skills in word and writing (at least B2) and good English skills are desirable You are ready for continuous training and further development
