In your role, you take on the central commitment to attracting new talents and the active design of the entire recruiting process. You create and publish target-group-oriented job invitations, take the pre-selection of incoming applications and are the first respondent for our candidates. In addition, you will consult and accompany our specialist departments throughout the selection process and thus contribute significantly to a successful occupation of open positions. The development and implementation of inno­vative recruitment channels and the planning and implementation of sales and personnel procurement measures You are qualified professionals for Minimax. Finally, together with your team, Employer Branding / Personalmarketing, you will provide you with impulses for modern recruiting staff and actively participate in overarching HR projects.

Training or studies in commercial/economic fields First professional experience in recruiting and ideally in Active Sourcing Versified handling of MS Office Knowledge of how to deal with the Rexx applicant management system is desirable (but not a must!) Good English Languages (Wort / Writing) Communication strength in this job is the A and O.
