The Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central focus provider in Schleswig-Holstein and since 2023 part of the Schön Klinik Group operating throughout Germany. Over 1,800 employees provide approximately 80,000 patients each year in 22 specialist centres and three day clinics. The focus is on neurology, neurosurgery, child and youth medicine, vascular and thorax surgery as well as psychiatry. The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices. The Klinikverbund also includes the Schön Klinik Eckernförde near Kiel, where around 250 employees provide stationary, day-clinical and outpatient care.

Your tasks – You can look forward to this Therapeutic Responsibility: You take responsibility as a team leader and work confidently and in close cooperation with the senior management – also as part of the management team of the clinic. Individual care: You are responsible for your patients, including individual and group therapies and always with the highest quality of treatment. Therapeutic Diversity: You are actively involved in a multi-professional team of medical, psychological and co- and professional therapeutic colleagues (including biofeedback, movement, physiotherapy, physical, art and ergotherapy). Continuous care: You ensure a sustainable structure and ensure the continuity of our individual treatment processes. They're running the file screening. Technical instructions: You take over the supervision, promote the professional development of the psychology service and contribute to the further development of our therapeutic offers

You have a degree in psychology (diploma or master) and the approbation as a psychological psychotherapist or psychological psychotherapist. You have completed your therapeutic training in the field of behavioral therapy or depth psychology. With empathy, team spirit and real pleasure in working with people, you are actively engaged in clinical everyday life. Leadership, organizational talent, and the desire to actively shape clinical and therapeutic developments are what you expect.
