Sales Representative Vodafone Shop for Business Customers (m/f/d)

As SOHO Specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you develop and maintain your own SOHO customer base and manage the (cold) acquisition of new customers in the local environment of the shop, including in the shop or in the field service. You enter and develop stock customers:inside and build active networks to traders, associations and B2B partners. You conduct structured demand analyses, create individual offers and enter contracts for all product categories. You implement cross- and upselling strategies across the entire customer lifecycle and use digital tools (CRM systems, assignment tools, dashboards, appointment management, reporting). You participate in the continuous development of the business processes and the branch location in the sense of an entrepreneurial mindset. You will participate in regional events, consultant days and trade fairs.

Completed commercial training and/or business studies. At least two years of professional experience in B2B sales of IT or TK solutions. Very good knowledge of telecommunication solutions. Very good understanding of sales methods and techniques as well as experience in telephone acquisitions. Embossed customer and service orientation. Serious and professional appearance, paired with linguistic compassion, good expressive and persuasiveness as well as sales talent. Flowing German and English skills (C1 to GER).
