Trainingsmanager Naval Training (m/f/d)

Your new task:

• You build the military training area further and develop it strategically.
• You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the training team as well as the control of external training resources and continuously develop the professional competence and evaluate the quality of the training.
• You develop training concepts for marine customers and other state maritime organizations. Learning offers and training media are further developed by you.
• You can help offer and project teams to define and create training performance.
• Executing trainings in Kiel, on site or on shipyards as well as on board marine ships.

You fit us if:

• You have several years of professional experience in the maritime or military environment and know the specific requirements of this industry.
• You have successfully developed and performed training formats, both in presence and virtual, and are familiar with creating online content.
• You bring leadership experience, implement projects consistently and communicate safely in German and English.
• You have technical expertise in the fields of mechanics, electrical engineering and software in order to understand our products and to convey them in a targeted manner.
• You work in a structured, forward-looking and self-responsive manner and keep an overview of complex projects.
• You are convinced by strong communication, presentation and moderation capabilities.
• Openness, self-initiative, intercultural sensitivity and joy in dealing with human beings characterize you.
• You'll be ready for a T2 (SÜG) security check.
