At the workstation in Creglingen, you will ensure that everything runs round in the shipment. At the next possible time, we are looking for full-time qualified support in the field of shipping to strengthen the existing team.

• Coordination with customers on logistical issues
• Monitoring and control of calls in SAP and on various customer portals
• Deadline and timely registration of transports via customer portals
• Collection, booking and control of goods movements in SAP
• Creation of order lists for the delivery of the goods
• Complete production of shipping documents up to accounting
• Creation of loan accounts
• Maintenance and installation of packaging regulations

IHRE QUALIFIKATION:

• Complete commercial training in freight forwarding or logistics
• Professional experience in this area
• Very good SAP knowledge in the field of logistics/delivery
• Structured and reliable operation
• Communication strength in handling customers and forwardings
• Knowledge of export and customs processing is advantageous
• Teamability, reliability and commitment
• Mobile with driver's license / vehicle to reach the workplace
