We are one of the largest Catholic children's and youth associations in Germany: 85,000 children, young people and young adults are organized in the German Pathfinder Society Sankt Georg (DPSG). As the German Catholic Pathfinder Association we are also recognized by the World Pathfinder Movement. The headquarters of the federal administration and the association-owned company are the federal office. Design strategically and operatively the human resources policy of one of Germany's largest children's and youth associations with around 55 employees. You are assigned a full-time expert and you report directly to the management. You ensure the functionality of the personnel department and service-oriented personnel management. You advise the Executive Board and Management legally and practically in all personnel issues, develop personal policy concepts and ensure implementation. You develop the human resources professionally, structurally and organizationally. You standardize processes and drive digitization forward. With our employee representatives, you work together trustfully.

Studies in the field of BWL, personnel, psychology or comparable qualification. Multiannual HR experience, ideally with leadership responsibility. Knowledge of labour and social security law. Experience in process optimization and ideally transformation. Hands-on mentality, communication skills and structured working. Identification with the DPSG as a Catholic Children's and Youth Association. Our association is aware of its special responsibility towards the entrusted children and young people and has implemented various protective measures. We expect all of us to act to carry out this special protection order and to recognise the protection concept developed for our association. You can present a non-commissioning extended police certificate.
