On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a paybook holder (m/w/d) with option on team management in fixed position.

Our client is an established medium-sized audit and tax consultancy company with several locations in Baden-Württemberg. The wage and salary billing is completely digitally processed. Personal performance of monthly wage and salary billing Support for a fixed client group Contact for clients in tax and social insurance issues Communication with health insurance funds, public authorities and social security institutions Processing of all administrative processes relating to payment accounting Participation in the continuous digitization and optimization of payroll processes Cooperation with tax consultants and other departments Perspective takeover of professional and later also disciplinary responsibility

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting Ideally experience in a tax consulting company or auditing company Alternatively well-founded experience in the area of payroll of an industrial or service company Safe handling of tax and social insurance issues Experience with a common payroll software (e.g. Addison, DATEV, LOGA, SAP HCM or comparable) Independent, structured and reliable operation High service and client orientation Loadability and joy in a dynamic working environment Interest in digitalization and modern payroll processes Motivation to further develop professionally and perspectively as a leadership
