We are now looking for a dedicated and structured personality as a controller (m/w/d). In this responsible position, you take over the reporting and analysis of financial and business figures, support budgeting, forecasting and cost controlling, and work closely with the departments and the management. With your analytical view, your numerical affinity and your strategic understanding, you make a decisive contribution to the financial planning and development of our company. Your tasks

Creation of business evaluations, plan-actual comparisons and ad-hoc analyses for management. Development and development of the reporting system as well as the KPI structure for purchasing, sales and logistics. Development of forecasts, budget planning and deviation analyses. Analysis of sales, margin and cost developments at product group and customer level. Further development of BI landscape and automation of reporting processes. Sparring partners for specialist areas in business issues. Participation in strategic projects and policy proposals. Process optimization in the finance sector.

A successfully completed study with a focus on controlling/finance – or commercial training with further training to the farmer (IHK). At least 3–5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the trade environment. Secure handling of SAP FI, ideally first experience with SAP S/4HANA. Very good Excel knowledge, experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) required. Experience with consolidation or planning software (e.g. Lucanet) of advantage. Analytical thinking and high number affinity. Independent, solution-oriented mode of operation. Communication strength and safe occurrence compared to specialist areas and management.
