As a system administrator*in CAFM (w/m/d), you are responsible for the administration of the CAFM software Planon, including user and rights management, as well as the design and monitoring of central workflows and processes. The focus of your activity is on building sustainable data management structures: You support the maintenance and continuous development of the GORE-wide data model in the field and thus ensure a high data quality. A central task is the role of an interface between the departments, internal IT and the company Planon, where you coordinate requirements and ensure smooth system usage across all stakeholders. In addition, you contribute to the creation and further development of central reporting for specialist areas and management, create meaningful evaluations for CAFM users as well as management and increase transparency in facility management. The support of CAFM users as part of support requests, the creation of training content as well as the joint analysis and sustainable solution of recurring system problems with internal IT and software providers complete your area of responsibility.

Training as a technician, master or engineer or a comparable IT background with high technical understanding and pronounced IT affinity Analytical, structured and data-oriented working methods as well as good process understanding and strong awareness of data quality Experience in handling CAFM systems, understanding relevant technical structures such as heating, cold, electric and compressed air, and a good understanding of building and real estate structures Communication strength at the interface between departments, IT, management and external partners as well as independent, solution-oriented and reliable working methods Very good German knowledge on at least C1 level; English skills are desirable
